Do you guys know some good voice chatrooms? Yahoo! could have been good, but now it's just full of bots.

Have a look into Teamspeak and Ventrilo. Might not be what you're looking for though.

If you want to chat with specific friends, you can use Skype, which also has a conference call function, or the software Archer suggested. If you want to chat with random strangers, you could use ChatRoulette, but most people will disconnect quickly, especially if you don't have webcam. There's also Tinychat, which sounds what you're looking for (chatrooms with random strangers like Yahoo! chat), and has text chat as well. It has webcams though so you may not want to. Also, I now use second life which also let's me voice chat. It's cool too.
