runescape is the worst game i have ever seen
 
I can tell you for a fact that in all the other pokemon games in the long run water was best. Water always did well in the beginning gyms and by the time you were at the gyms such as plant or electricity your pokemon was such a high lvl that type advantage didnt even matter.

How well a Pokémon does against a pathetic AI's pathetic mono (though in D/P they had some variety in types) is no way of measuring its strength. -.- It's how well the Pokémon does against a good player that counts, and in competitive battling Infernape > Empoleon and Torterra any day.

Oh yeah, and Infernape is THE BEST STARTER of every game.
He pwns all of them except Charizard. And even there, a nicley done Close Combat would kill Charizard in 2-3 Hits.

Reffering to ppls comments about fire starters being the way to go in all the games, that is totally not true, in every other pokemon game water starters were the easiest just because the first couple of gyms were always easy with water. And with my strategy (train no one but your starter) your starter is lvl 50 by the time you get the badge that says pokemon will listen to you up to lvl 50. So stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

I have to totally agree with you, i played in 6th grade for a year but quit when i realized that there was nothinm left to do and all the updates blow.
 
I hate Piplup, and Rarely ever choose him. Chimchar was My Favorite Starter. Turtwig has always been my Second Favorite Starter, not like that Statement Matters though. Therefore, i Totally Agree with the Thread Starter. He is by Far, the Best Starter once He Evolves into Infernape. and Infernape is a Frequently used Competitive Starter, Torterra's the second best, and Empeleon is the Lowest Frequently used Starter. Infernape kicks Butt with it's Physical Attack, and Speed. But if you want Uu/Borderline, (Can't tell which tier it's in). then Empoleon is defentely for you, Especially if you think Infernape is Used Waaaay too Much.

Yes, but Chimchar should really be the one. Btw i didn't vote for Piplup, i voted for Chimchar. Lol, please vote for Chimchar everyone. if you don't, then you will be thrown into the ozone lair. :P.

Turtwg due to Torterras Earthquake easily 1 hit KOs Infernape and Empoleon

Only problem is speed but most of the times fire attacks dont KO Torterra. EXCEPT its a physical one from Infernape then thats an easy 1 hit KO
 
I usually go with fire like Charizard and Typhlosion. I was disappointed this time and i picked piplup. Empoleon has EXCELLENT Defence
 
Infernape is by far, the best Starter. no matter what anyone says. lzmllgs, piplups is crap, like i said.
 
I didn't expect a little Leaf, and a Darn Pengiun to get the lead. poor Monkey.
