I would say piplup cause it's cute and it's strong against most gymleaders!

actually chimchar is the strongest, becuase it beats most of the gyms with a type adventage piplup is the least strongest. again, poor monkey. he is upset, and if you vote for him he willbe happy again. :) that's what he will be like, this what he's currently like, :(. take that, foolish pengiun.

yeah, chimchar maybe the strongest pokemon to get you through the game. but empolen has the power & torterra has the durability. all chimchar has is speed.

Get the heck out of here. Chimchar has good attack and special attack as well as a Long movepool to choose from, tell me that's not good. this is Infernape's stats hp 356, 337 attack, 265 def, 337 special attack, 265 special defense,346 speed. now that's VERY good.

yes that is good EVing, but its still not as appealing as empoleon and torterra who consist of unique types.
 
Yes, but defense is not a very good stats hp plus speed is very good. unfortunaly, they lack speed and just have hp. it just doesn't matter if they have perfect iv's (31) in that stats. however, it gives Infernape an adventage if he has both Perfect iv's in Hp and speed. and with ev's he's even better.
