Question: Wallpaper/Backgrounds within posts?

    I have noticed that some people are posting threads or just 'posting' in general and have included a wallpaper as I like to call it to their posts. I was wondering how I can do this, or is it only exclusive to supporters and above.     It's called CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and can be implemented with "[css-div]" BB code tags. There's a CSS help and discussion thread in the Computers & Technology forum; I suggest you go there if you want to learn about CSS. Google is also a good place to find CSS tutorials.
