Mark Vargas
Jubilife City
Outside the HR base

Mark needed to think quick, CAR GAS TANK + BULLET = EXPLOSION. Mark found a nearby car and shot the gas tank sending the graveler flying in a different direction right before it hit Jack's arm. Mark then saluted jack, and walked into the base to re-gear, grabbing his rifle on the way in. The base was empty and active at the same time. Mark headed straight for the arms lockers, grabbing a new SMG, a silencer, and a red dot sight along with as much ammo as he could fit in his bag. His next stop was althalos, to return his stuff. After that he was back out to jack. "orders?" Mark asked.

Mack Rocksteady
Jublife City
War Torn Streets

Mack was ready to punch Jack when suddenly the other man shot a gas tank. A loud explosion occurred and Mack was blown away by the sheer impact of the explosion. Mack was so absorbed into destroying the metallic arm that he completely forgot about the other man.

"Damn, outwitted." Was all that Mack could say. He trudged along the street, wondering what happened to the rest of the pokerebel army. It seemed like the mysterious man single-handedly defeated tons of Pokemon. What was it that made him so powerful, he thought.

Mack tried to find his commander, but to no avail. It felt like he was deserted in this Human-owned City. He had to look for other pokemon, and he let out a loud roar, hoping to alert any rebel that he was here. He knew this was a stupid idea, but he had no other choice. He couldn't assault the base by himself. He needed the help of other pokemon. Mack let out another loud roar, hoping that the other pokemon would really hear it, not just think of it as a hallucination.

Wade
Jubilife City
Who Knows Where

"Keep running," she talked to Wade through telepathy, "Don't worry about me. I'll catch up later." Lydia spoke, creating a distraction. Wade knew it wasn't the best thing to do, but he nodded slowly. He believe in Lydia. She was absolutely strong enough to do what she wanted. With one final smile at Lydia, he turned to another direction and sped off, running as quick as his Umbreon legs could take him.

The was had started, and gunshots filled the air. Pokemon were charging towards the City, and the whole place was getting messy, blood and screams everywhere. He was in the middle of everything, and he had to get OUT. Running past a dead Steelix he saw the Commander charging with the pokemon and joined in.

"Commander!" Wade approached and continued to run next to him, "There are snipers everywhere you gotta be careful!"

(short post nothing to do lol)

Althalos woke up on a stretcher. He looked to his shoulder and chest to find that his wounds had stopped bleeding. They were sewn together and he moved his right arm, the one that had been hit twice. It was stiff, but not too bad. He left the room much tot he dismay of the doctors, whom he ignored. He walked around the make shift HQ and eventually found the armory. He saw Mark there as well. He gave him a polite nod, and grabbed another sniper. "Did you grab my stuff?" Althalos asked, but when he noticed his bag next to the man, he grabbed it and looked through it. He had all of his napalm clips inside. He grabbed another motion detector and right before he left the room, he looked at Mark. "Thanks for getting me here." he said, not knowing what had actually happened. He ran out the door and started heading for the building that the plane had crashed onto. Right when he walked out the door though, he ran into the girl with the knife. He just laughed at her, somewhat nervously though. "Nice job, trying to hit me with a knife, while I'm on top of a sky scraper. Let me know when you can actually throw a knife a couple thousand feet high and hit someone." Althalos pulled out his magnum and slung his third sniper across his back, aiming the revolver at her so he could get away from the crazy chic. As soon as he was out of what was throwing range, he turned around and started sprinting. He took a whole bunch of back alleys and different streets so she wouldn't be able to find him if she followed and then made his way to the plane wreck building.
When Althalos got to the roof, he set up his motion detector by the entrance and put a napalm clip into his sniper. He took aim at the approaching army, and fired a shot, watching quite a few pokemon burn up. But he also watched as multiple men were killed from his blast. He stopped shooting for a moment and just watched. There were blood splatters on the walls of building, men and pokemon bleeding out on the ground. He thought he actually saw a blastoise and a soldier trying to help each other to stand, only for the man to be crushed as the blastoise toppled over. A large steelix that lay dead in the middle of the road was making good cover for a group of soldiers, but one by one, those soldiers were picked off. He looked up and saw a flock of staraptor, flying in formation, dropping rocks on the people. He aimed at the pokemon and shot them all down with one napalm shot. When they hit the ground, they looked like a full course meal that had been a bit over cooked. Althalos pushed the funny thought out of his head and concentrated on the fight, launching bullet after bullet.

Silence Quickslash
Approaching Jubilife City

Silence had slipped away from the rest of the pokemon soon after leaving Canalave City. Call it stupid, but she preferred doing things on her own. She sped up until she was a dark streak heading towards Jubilife City which was barely visible on the horizon. Once the buildings were in clear view she slowed to stop to rest. Before running off again she glanced back to see the PokeRebel army just coming into view. 'Drat. Better get going before they start setting up blockades,' she thought before running off once again.

The speed all Weavile naturally have made it possible for her to reach the outskirts of the town as a group of soldiers were hurriedly setting up a blockade made out of barbed wire. The dark pokemon increased her speed just a bit and jumped, clearing the blockade. Her claws glowed black and she slashed downwards as she landed between two of the humans. The Night Slash reinforced with the force of her falling cut through there left shoulders into their hearts. They fell dead instantly. She spun and used a quick Dark Pulse to push the other human against a building as he was reaching for his flamethrower. As he lay there, stunned, Silence walked casually over and slit his throat. Not taking the time to revel in her victory, she ran off again.

The war had started as the humans fired on the army of pokemon. She followed the sound of fighting and came up behind the soldiers using a dead Steelix for cover. A sly grin spread across her face and she charged up a red sphere of energy and fired it around the middle of the group. The force of powerful move Focus Blast created an explosion which sent the humans flying. Before Silence could make sure they were dead, she spotted a man with a robotic arm and instantly recognized him as Jack Spark, the commander of the HR. A low growl built up in her throat. He had escaped from them once, but not again. She opened her mouth and let out an icy Blizzard, hoping to freeze him and maybe even see what his new arm could do.

Mack Rocksteady
Jublife City

Mack recovered from his confusion just in time. Some other pokemon finally came to the city. He was now not alone. Suddenly, another loud explosion occured. Mack realized the explosion was in no way a man-made explosion. It was one that a pokemon made.

Mack quickly rolled towards the spot of the explosion. He wondered why he kept on rolling today, even on flat surfaces. The gunshots were already smoothened out by his constant rolling, so it was actually beneficial to him, he thought.

When Mack arrived at the spot, he saw a pokemon, no other than the famed Silence Quickslash. He saw her preparing a Blizzard attack. Mack noticed a human in front of Silence. He found out that the man had a metallic arm, and he knew who it was instantly. Jack, the man who he saw a while ago.

Mack laid in wait for any other person. He had to make sure Silence could continue her attack smoothly.

Khufu overheard Wade warning the Commander that there were snipers everywhere. Although he was certain there would be, now he told himself to be careful.

They'll probably be out for the General and Commander, he thought as he raced on four legs, slightly below the gunfire. All he could see was his destination: an abandoned apartment building near the HR Base. He knew that even if nobody followed him, he would still be able to see what was unfolding on the battlefield below.

Khufu wasted no time with stairs. Instead, he clawed at anything he could on the side of the building and pulling himself up. Fortunately, this building had a series of ridges on the west side that made easy footholds. He strained with every one, thinking, I'm not built for this.

At last he reached the top, and saw everything at once - Silence preparing a Blizzard attack on Jack, the two armies meeting in the streets and fighting like uncivilised beasts, and Altha-whatever picking off Pokemon like it was second nature to him. With this vantage point, he could plan a strategy much better than any humans could. The fight would be easy from here on out.

Hector Arcturus
Plains of Jubilife

Hector charged with the rest of the Pokemon, some were taken out around him by snipers. Others already began engaging. Hector himself got into the action as well. The humans had guns, true, but Hector was one of the fastest Arcanine around. He saw a Steelix go down in front of him. It pained him, but he continued. He had to. For the dead that won't make it off this battlefield.

Suddenly, a Pokemon called out to him.

"Commander!" Wade approached and continued to run next to him, "There are snipers everywhere you gotta be careful!"

Hector looked over Wade. He was one of their best spies, and he was glad to see him alright. But Hector wouldn't let his emotions get the better of him on a battlefield. He'll save the niceties for when they survive the battle. If they survive. Wade was strong, but humans shouldn't be underestimated.

He nodded to Wade and responded.

"Thanks for the info. You should stay clear from the central part of the battle. Try to remain around cover as long as possible before proceeding. Use the rubble around."

Hector picked up speed and charged for the battlefield, his claws sharpened and his teeth prepared to bite into human flesh.

Mark Vargas
Jubilife city war
HR base

The commander was busy, probably didn't have time to answer. "I'll just go find another vantage point then." Mark said to the commander as he started to run off. The smg came out for its first use in war. Mark had set it to burst, any pokemon that was in his way caught a burst of bullets that no one heard. Although mark caught a couple of good ones, pokemon attacks and bullets. Dragonskin armor absorbed the bullets mostly but wasnt as good with projectiles not meant to pierce the body. Just then mark spotted a high tower, it was perfect, what luck. Mark entered the building. there was a small battle on the bottom floor so he crept up behind a pokemon and bashed it with the butt of his rifle, it collapsed to the floor. mark put a couple bullets in it and moved on. There weren't as many stairs as he thought, getting to the top at no time at all, must have been the angle that made it look so high. Mark could see the whole street from up here. He placed the motion sensor by the door and turned it on. The next step was to mount the rifle, the rail was a little too thin but it would have to do. The final step was to kill, that was the fun part, hehe. Mark yelled out "Get some you motherF***ers!" while he fired into the crowd. this was a pattern mark could keep Aim, Bang, Pull back the bolt, push forward the bolt, repeat. Quickly mark scanned the rooftops to find snipers on a few rooftops, along with althalos who he had seen in the base. He looked to the street he was watching and pulled out his radio "Althalos, large group on your left." Aim now on the HR base mark noticed Weavile about to blizzard the commander, "Oh no you dont" mark said to himself and fired a 50. cal round straight at the pokemon.

Alarm crossed Khufu's face as a Steelix roared out in pain and fell to the ground dead. Other Pokemon in the streets were dying, and the humans clearly had the upper hand in the fight. We're gonna need at least 100 more, he thought, and his hand slipped along his back, brushing against some of Magnus's rocky fragments. Strapped around his lower back was a mobile intercom set which he now grabbed. Holding it up to his mouth, he twisted a dial to the main intercom in Canalave City and spoke. "Pokemon of PokeRebel, the battle has not been going so favorably. Reinforcements are needed in numbers between one and two hundred. Report to Jubilife City immediately."

Elixa laughed at Althalos's pathetic try at an insult, her shoulder bumping into his. She didn't say anything more though, because he was kind of right. Her try at throwing a dagger two or three thousand feet was just... dumb. "Watch it, punk." was the only thing that came out of her mouth, her voice calm and collected. He seemed to ignore her and ran off, probably expecting her to follow. She was about to until she heard Jack's voice on the radio attached to her hip.

Sighing, she headed in the direction of the fight. When she arrived, there were several Pokemon surrounding them--dead and alive. The first to come at her was a raging Hondour, who ended up getting it's throat sliced. Right behind it was an angry Raichu, who let off a Thunderbolt.

Elixa quickly moved out of the way, only to be hit by a Spark from a Pichu behind her.
"Agh!" Elixa yelped from the quick shock, and jumped to the side. Both electric Pokemon stared at her, glares on there faces and sparks erecting from their cheeks. The Raichu let of a strong bolt of Thunder while the Pichu attempted to hit her with a Volt Tackle. Great.

Althalos Fizen
Jubilfe City
Building that the plane crashed onto

Althalos took heed to the warning and fired off a napalm round into the group of pokemon on his left. The group was small enough that wall the pokemon in the vicinity caught fire and died. He smiled to himself then panned the area for more targets. He saw the girl with the knife about to get pulverized by the electric mouse family. He quickly put in a standard clip and screwed on silencer. He took aim at the pichu, which seemed to be the most violent at the moment, and blew a hole through it's side. He ducked down to re chamber and then shot the raichu's head clean off. It collapsed to the ground with a surprised look on what was left of its face. Althalos ran to the other side of the wrecked plane so that he wouldn't be seen, wondering why he had decided to help her. As althalos panned the area, he saw the Zorua laying on the ground. "Aww, sonofa*****..." Althalos muttered and ran to what was left of the fire escape. He ran down as far as he could and then jumped. He hit the ground and rolled. He stood up and continued running, dodging bullets and pokemon attacks, he made his way to the zorua. He picked her up and pulled a tranquilizer dart out of her side. "At least Mark didn't actually shoot you." He told the unconscious pokemon. He ran back to the building as fast as he could with her in his arms. As he approached the building, a seviper and three arbok blocked his way. He pulled out his magnum, making a mental note to reload it once he got back to the roof and shot the seviper in the head. He shot the other snake pokemon wherever, to disable them and left them to bleed out. When he got to the roof, he set the zorua down under the fuselage of the airplane and picked up his sniper, put his napalm clip back in, reloaded the magnum and, making sure he was in view of the zorua when she woke up, sat down to start sniping again.

Mark laughed as the bullet hit the weavile's leg, but he had more important matters. Scanning the rooftops again, he picked off a couple pokemon trying to flank snipers, Must have been weird to be sniping then see a pokmon's head fly off your roof. Taking a final scan in the other direction, he saw althalos carrying the Zorua back to his post, he saw the new spy on the street, shocked at the random explosion of the raichu's head, and he saw a nearby group of soldiers get over ran by a few pikachu and something else, soldiers were blocking his view of the pokemon. Mark fired 3 shots at the pikachu. A loud series of beeps sounded behind mark, he spun around while grabbing his Hand cannon to find a Charmeleon in the door way. 3 shots to the chest with the deagle and it fell down the stairs, dying on its way down. Mark reset the sensor and went back to sniping.

What kind of General are you?!

Khufu quieted down the angry voices in his head by flicking a Shadow Ball attack into the battlefield, smiling darkly as he saw it hit a human in the chest. He admitted he'd been lazy during the battle up to now, but he wasn't sure what he could do to help, or even if he could help. Now he knew how.

If there was one thing Khufu could thank his cruel master for, it was for watching action TV programmes to the point where Khufu had picked up some tricks. This one better work, he thought as he scraped his feet on the roof of the building and bared his fangs (if they qualified as fangs). He stood up on his hind legs, took several steps back, and charged towards the edge of the roof.

As he reached the edge, he jumped, bracing one arm against the wall as he dropped through the air. Twisting in midair, Khufu dug his fangs into the stone wall, slowing his descent. The friction twisted his jaw, and he heard a horrible pop emanating from the front of his head. Ignoring the excruciating pain and bitter taste in his mouth, he squeezed his eyes shut and tried to focus on the better things in life. It didn't work, and his eyes snapped open, showing him that he'd dropped several dozen feet. In fear, he let go of the wall and fought to keep a scream in his throat.

Then, he felt a massive pain in his back, so much it almost had gone numb. He was sure something was broken in it, but he almost shouted with joy since he had survived the fall. Well, this hurts like hell, but I did that for a reason and I won't let it die, he thought, and rolled over and began to push himself off the ground.

But as he lifted himself up, he felt a painfully familiar feeling come over him, his face his the asphalt of the street, and his mind blacked out.

Lydia
Jubilife City
Roof

Her consciousness regained itself as she woke up. The Zorua's small body hurt all over, a few cuts found here and there. It appeared she was back on the airplane. She looked at Althalos who was watching her while sniping some other pokemon down on the ground. "Why did he help me?" she asked herself. But for now, there was no time for a thank you. Immediately she ran off the airplane, an illusion taking over her halfway down the fall to the ground. With her Pidgeot body she sliced through the air again, but glided a little lower than usual, hovering just a few feet above the ground. If her illusion broke again she didn't want her injuries to worsen, especially with the war going on. While flying, many humans came into sight. Their guns were pointed at her, but Lydia's speed helped with the combat, as she sliced their bodies with a Night Slash, though it acted more like Wing Attack in her current form.

She suspected Wade was still in the city, or somewhere in the army. He, hopefully, wouldn't be in any danger. Then again, they were all in danger; hell, they were in the middle of a war. As she was in her thoughts, her eyes picked up movement from the side and she switched her direction with a slight movement of her wings. It was the girl from earlier, and she still had that dagger. Best to get rid of her now before she kills anyone else. Still, her dagger was intimidating. Barely anyone used those anymore, but judging by the Pikachu's story, it sounded like she had mastered the weapon. She couldn't imagine the little girl being a killer. It didn't seem right. Still, she was just as small. Appearances were always fooling.

Getting over her slight fear, Lydia flapped her wings to increase her height in the sky, and with another hard flap, she dived straight at the girl from behind, preparing a Night Slash.

Silence Quickslash
Jubilife City
Battlefield

Silence snarled as a bullet hit her in the leg. 'What's with people and shooting my legs?!' she thought frustratedly as she quickly got behind the dead Steelix for cover. She peaked around the corner and thought she spotted something on top of a building in the direction the bullet had come from. She charged up a Focus Blast, jumped out from behind her cover, took quick aim, and fired directly at what she guessed was the sniper that shot her. Hoping the attack would distract him from her, the Weavile prepared another Blizzard and let it loose on Jack Spark.

This vantage point was great, if only he had a silenced sniper, His position was now compromised from the sound of 50. cal rounds being shot off. Mark went to the stairs and grabbed the motion sensor only to be welcomed by a tide of pokemon coming up the stairs, that exit was now ruled out. Running over to the rail, looking for somewhere to jump to, mark took a focus blast to the face. Falling to the ground he found the group of pokemon got through the door. Mark needed a miracle now. This seemed to be his last stand. pulling out his pistol, he began firing into the crowd. There were too many, mark stood up, and swan dived off the building. He wouldn't be taken alive!

Plane Wreck building

Althalos noticed another pokemon laying on the ground, this time a Flareon with a blue mane, speckled with blood. He had been told that this pokemon was the general of the PR. If Althalos managed to capture him, he probably be forgiven for anything that he had done. Althalos sprinted down the fire escape again, and ran the few blocks to the downed general. Althalos picked up the pokemon and cradled him like a baby in one arm and held his revolver with the other. He ran back to the building. About half way there, he got caught in a line of retreating soldiers. He did a James Bond as he jumped behind a car, shooting at the advancing pokemon. When the revolver ran out of bullets, he dropped it and grabbed an AK-47 from one of the soldiers who had died. Making sure that the Flareon was secure in his arm, he sprinted the rest of the way to the plane wreck building. Luckily, no other pokemon were there to stop him and he quickly made his way back to the roof, jumping over the motion sensor. He examined the PR general. He looked like he had tried something from one of those bad action movies. His teeth were shredded and gone in some places and his mouth was bleeding considerably, and his neck was raw. Althalos ripped a strip of cloth from his under shirt and wrapped it around the pokemons mouth. He set the pokemon down where the Zorua was, and grabbed his sniper. He looked to the TV station roof to see how Mark was doing, to find the roof covered in pokemon. "Mark?! Mark, are you ok? I have a napalm round on it's way!" Althalos asked, not seeing the brave swan dive, and pulled the trigger a few times. Pokemon started flying off the roof, flaming body parts raining down on the pokemon below. "Mark, are you still alive? Can you hear me?" Althalos asked and ran underneath the fuselage and sat down next to the flareon, radio and AK in hand, and waited for a response.
In his waiting Althalos soon found himself stroking the flareons back absentmindedly. He didn't stop though, because despite the battle going on, it felt nice to be petting something again. The last time he had actually pet a pokemon was when his old typhlosion was still a little quilava. Althalos actually missed his fire type for moment, but the terrible memories of its betrayal destroyed the happy thoughts, and yet Althalos didn't stop petting the PR general until he woke up.

Alex Bryant
Route 216
Heading South

Alex struggled slowly through the deep snow. Alex and his unit of the HR army were to head south. Finally, Alex thought, temperature above freezing. Alex heard the stories of the PokeRebels invading Jubilife City. Animals, Alex said to himself. Alex kept trudging along until he heard a voice from a fellow trooper. " I see the cave entrance," the trooper yelled, in excitement. Alex was relieved to hear that he would not be freezing to death for much longer. Alex moved forward until he too, saw the opening into the interior of Mt. Coronet. Alex slipped in the cave and sat down away from the wind blowing the snow in to the cave. The cave was cold and dark, but it was nicer than outside. Alex laid down, got comfortable, and dozed off to sleep.

Luke Van Eyla
Jubilife City
Roads of Jubilife; battlefield

Luke was surrounded in a pitch-black sea somewhere in his subconscious. Memories flashed by him as he churned within the void. Suddenly a twinkle of light beamed out from afar and Luke tried and struggled to writhe forward. From nowhere, a strong wave of pain flooded from behind. Numbness ripped off his body as intense light consumed his vision. Blanking out, he then realized that he could feel his ice-cream body. The lingering silence hung around him, and Luke observed tracks in the snow around him. A Zorua passed by. Lydia. Groaning, the Vanillite stood upright as bits of hot pain crackled at his wound.

Then from a distance, the Vanillite heard bombings from the frontlines of the city. The base was buzzing with the enemy's activities. Looking at the skies, Luke charged up a flurry of snow and a vortex of ice winds was conjured in the air. Illuminating in a feisty violet aura, Luke's power gathered masses of snow clouds and ice crystals in the ethers. As hailstones ricocheted down to the earth, they supplied the ice-cream with energy. Part of that rejuvenated the strength lost from the wounds and glancing behind; Luke found that the bullet wounds were gradually closing up, glacial cream was forming where a hole used to be.

Zipping through the air, Luke abandoned the HR base behind him and headed for the battlefields on the roads of the city. Smog and gunpowder filled the air with cries of Pokemon and humans alike. Bobbing in mid-air, he spotted Hector amongst the armies of Pokemon. And Wade was there too. Where's the Zorua? She could transform and could be any other Pokemon so that reassured the Ice-type. Luke mustered up more frost and blew out sparks of snowflakes and ice cubes. Hailstones pelted down around Jubilife, some clocking human soldiers. Something long and inert stood out on the streets. It was a dead Steelix. That roused his boiling emotions and the vanilla cone launched jagged slabs of ice and flung it wildly around the battlefield. A human ran up to him with something that looked like a rod, but he was quicker and emitted a blue ray of energy at the foe. Turning around, he saw a Weavile firing a Blizzard at what seemed to be the roof of a tower. Snipers? Easy job. He took off towards the clouds and halted as he neared the altitudes of the skyscrapers' roofs. Closing his eyes, his diamond cheeks glared blue as he readied a collection of Avalanches and Mirror Shots. He blasted the whole mob of ice chunks and metallic shards at the top of the TV station where a silhouette of some sniper could be picked out faintly.
