They're both pretty cool, but I'll go with Raichu because he's cooler, and can learn Grass Knot too. Though Jolteon's probably better statwise.

I'll go with Jolteon, its beautiful and powerful (if you know how to use it). I love its spikes.

This hard! >_< I cant decide over the chubby mouse or the spiky yellow Eevee. :\ Because I had an Eevee in my pokemon Crystal and it served me well, and I haven't used the spawn of the devil's evolution yet, I'll go with Jolteon. :3

Eh, I chose raichu. Out of all the eeveelutions, Jolteon is really the one I hate the most out of all teh eeveelutions. If it were me, out of all the eeveelutions Jolteon shouldve been omitted. Plus I like raichu (but dont get me wrong, I dislike pikachu now). And the fact that Pichu is in that chain just wins it some bonus points

I choose Riachu, mainly beacuse its always been one of my favorite Pokemon. The Eeveelutions are okay, but the only ones that I really like are Leafeon and Umbreon.
