There were two episodes in the Hoenn saga. It was a two-parter, with Lance meeting up with the kids and trying to stop Team Aqua and Team Magma from destroying the world with the Legendaries.
The episodes were titled: "Gaining Groudon" and "The Scuffle of Legends".

Hanako said it right. And given the anime's timidity with Magma/Aqua, I rather doubt they'll return. Either way, it's a low point for the series with the deus ex machina and extremely low budget battle scenes in Scuffle.
As for when it would re-air, Kids WB hasn't reair their Pokemon reruns for at least 5 months? Yeah, at this rate, best to wait till CN gets them. Headdesk.
