Why is most of PC so dead? Is it because of Viktini or whatever it's called? What does this one bring the total up to? Like, 36 if you assume the Starters all will naturally have 2 evos apiece? 38 if we assume Kibago to be the non-legendary Dragon of this gen. and have 2 evos, too.
