I have done it once with my shiny Horsea. :D
It would be quite fast provided you have the Power Items and PokeRus.

9. I don't even bother with natures... I just cut straight to the movesets. Though my brother gives every Pokemon he levels up PokeRus. So they get some boost, even if they just train against a wide variety of Pokemon.

I don't like PokeRus, after it has recovered, it gets a ':)' on the summary screen, and it looks ugly. D:

11. I've got 3 Power Items and can give PokeRus to any Pokemon (got tons in storage with it haha) but I just can't be bothered. Might do it later if I can't sleep.

OMG I just saw a group thing on Facebook called: "When I was your age I was catching Pokemon, not STI's" and I was thinking 'LOL I'm still catching Pokemon' XD
