2. Vorteld lifted his head, awakeninbg from a light doze. He was sitting at his desk down at the Kramux Mall, having to do some administrative duties in the business network that was Corboss Inc. Some matters just were'nt suitable for day-to-day managers. The sound that had awakened him were a loud commotion outside his door. the voices were unfamilliar, sounded like teens it did. What could kids be doing up at the administrative floor of the mall? Well, if criminal life had learned Vorteld anything, it was that children were either snooping or meddling.

He pressed a butten at the side of his desk, talking quietly over intercom to his guards. "Guards, get those youngsters outside my office in here. I'm far too old to usher them in myself"

The twosome were ushered in by the guard, the six year old boy looked deathly afraid. In near contrast the young woman in the lab coat appeared to be only faintly annoyed and not even at the man in the office or their present situation.
"Whhha,what do you want from us" the boy barely managed to get out before being whapped on the head by the girl. It became obvious to Conan that she did not mind kicking his butt in Rachel's absence.

"Now, I think I'll ask the questions, young boy!" Vorteld snapped. His face was still a mask of sterness, but he coughed lightly before saying "Sit down", slightly lower. He studied the youngsters, before folding his hands and stared at the twosome.

"So," he said, "Who are you two? What were you doing up here?"

I have been trying to help but she left out that at a moment's notice he can dash off without a trace. I have alredy been scolded by an officer for being on this level and Conan is refusing to come back to the base the officer was talking about. I am so sorry for inturrupting you."
