I've decided that, until I get a properly functioning computer of my own, to just go back and edit in the number. Leaving it out is just too confusing and so is having the wrong one because I always get ninja'd. Thoughts on this plan?

Perhaps. But, they type really slow or their computer is a dinosaur, one of the two, and thus makes keeping the number difficult to keep track of.
