Watch out, newbie coming through!

    This is my attempt at an introduction so here goes...
    *waves sheepishly* hi guys, my name is Chelsey and I'm 23 :)
    Firstly I've been trying to decide whether to join a forum for ages now and finally decided I had to grow a pair and just do it so voila! I'm glad I chose this forum to start up as it seems the friendliest (and nicest looking!) so brownie points people!
    Secondly, I've been a huge pokefan since my first ever 3 cards I received in a valentines card many eons ago (charmander, oddish and Pikachu) and from those 3 cards I have amassed a collection worthy of a King. A God even. I may be a hoarder to my mother but I'd rather call myself a collector :)
    I'm hoping to just chill out, have a good time getting to know fellow poke'lovers and generally have a laugh (+ maybe a moan or two about certain pokemon I can't find or characters who grind my gears :P)
    And Lastly, I really have no idea what to say on these things so hope you'll have me here, I look forward to chatting to you all and cheers ^_^

    Welcome to the forum! I'm pretty new myself, nice to meet you!

    How many cards do you have?! I remember I was round my ex girlfriend's house before and she had a whole book of them, way more than I ever had. So I was like fascinated {XD}. Get the feeling you probably have more than just a book worth?

    I remember once my cousin robbed nearly 50 of my pokemon cards and I was depressed for like a week. I was only 7 {XD}
     
    Have hey Chelsey nice to meet in Ragin i use to have a huge collection of cards my deck was AWESOME but i gave to my friends kid bro for christmas so now im back at zero but it was worth it. I hope you have a great time on PC and hope to see ya around

    I've been staring at your avatar for a bit.. it's so mesmerizing. @_@; So you've already made a good impression, lol. Welcome Chelsey!

    There's absolutely nothing scary about joining this place as we're a great forum; I can't reiterate that enough. Lots of us stick around since the members are friendly and there's a ton to talk about ranging from both Pokemon to non-Pokemon things. :) Reading what you wrote makes me remember my TCG days though, I never did play the game with others but loved to collect the cards. They're so pretty and the holos would always make me and classmates go crazy in class, haha. Those were some awesome times.

    Thanks so much for the warm welcomes everyone! I will try to get round to posting a pic of all my cards as I'm rather proud of my collection! :) I will try to remain as active as possible around my work so hopefully speak to you a fair amount :)
