Watermelon seeds: Chew, remove or swallow whole?

The absolutely ruin watermelon.

I love watermelon, but seeds are icky. Didn't you see that episode of Rugrats?

Don't you know, if you swallow them a watermelon vine will grow out of you! :O

But yeah, I spit them out or remove them because they don't really have any flavor too them, but that doesn't mean they taste good either. Though on a similar note, I use to chew sunflower seeds including the shell, and eat that. I doubt there's much nutrients that are digested from sunflower seeds. :S

I remove them, of course! I don't find swallowing seeds, regardless of their nutritional value, something appealing. xP

Depends. Some seeds are very small and very soft, so I just eat them.
I remove the bigger and harder ones, though.
