    yo its me rm2k dude I am thinking of making a website for rm2k if you don't know what that is contact me on msn. [email protected] I will tell you there.

    I want to make a pokemon rm2k/3 site but suck with html and graphics I can draw in idraw for titles but suck at making layouts I can get us a host and a domain name I know very little html but know enough to enter updates and stuff.
    so if you want to join please post so i can start it will even have forums but not custom it will be a pokemon community well like this one but with a main site.
     
    What do you want to call it?.. Are you getting a domain.. What type of layout do you want. Do you have hosting??.. Also whats RM2K?

    RM2K is a WYSIWYG RPG game maker, not the weapon. It is illegeal if you get it for free but if you pay for it, it's perfectly legal. A few people took RM2K, which was in Japan, translated it and made it free on the internet and ASCII/Enterbrain, the makers of RM2K seem as they don't care as they keep releasing them and they are translated and put for free as well. So they're losing a lot of money and seem not to care.:confused:
    You say that you are not good with HTML so I recommend a free program called Mozilla Composer. It is bundled with the popular browser called Mozilla and Composer is also with Netscape as well. It is a WYSIWYG editor meaning you don't need HTML knowledge to use it. You will need some HTML knowledge to do more advance stuff. I hope that helps. :D

    the type of layout that I do want would be a dark sapphire type with pikachu and some other ones.
    oh I am just getting a free host I have an ftp.
     
    Most free hosts won't support a domain...

    If you want a domain, then it's best to buy a hosting package to go along with it.
     
    only some hosts support ftp. hostultra.com has php ftp.
     
    Most don't, most make you use some stupid browser upload.
     
    I would suggest hostultra.com. Because if you want a free host they are the best you can go with because they support PHP and FTP.
     
    And Hostultra has unlimited bandwidth and space, which is very rare in a free host.
     
    I have always used host ultra but never for a website just to host my game files.
     
    *pokes* I was planning to expand my site into an RM2K Pok?site as well since there aren't any XD. (I already have some resources up XD) Looks like I have some competition now XD
