    Yep, you guessed it.

[PokeCommunity.com] [Weekly Poll #7] The Pokemon League

Alright Pokemon fans, this time I want to see what your favorite Pokemon league is! The intense battles that take place during each Pokemon league are adored by many different viewers. At the end of each saga in the anime we eagerly await to see if Ash will finally win one of these prestigious tournaments. Ash still has yet to conquer a tournament-style league, but these episodes are great nonetheless. Sorry Orange Islands fans, but that league doesn't quite fit in with these four.

Along with Regeneration, I liked a lot but Sinnoh. The only fault with Hoenn is that Ash didn't use any of his old Pokemon. But that's why I love the Indigo and Silver Conference because that is the time where Ash uses his old Pokemon.

Hmmmm... this is a really hard one, but i'm gonna go for the Ever Grande Conference. I didn't really feel like enough happened in the Lily of the Valley Conference, but all the others were kinda great.

Okay, so why the Ever Grande Conference?
To me, it seemed like the best, and biggest conference in the anime so far, it had loads of sights and big training grounds. Did anyone else notice how big that pokémon centre was?
Also, the battles. There were some really intense battles in the Ever Grande Conference, including Ash vs. Tyson - and let's face it, that Meowth was kinda epic.
My only real problem was that Ash didn't use any of his pokémon from oaks lab. By honestly, I did understand why he did it, and he did well nonetheless.

the lily, it was epic and entertaining ti watch

Ever Grande. I didn't watch the first two and Lily on the Valley was too short compared to the Ever Grande. Also, there were more interesting characters there you wanted to know the outcome of. Like that fat guy =3

The Lily of the Valley Conference was the best competition IMO because Ash settled his rivalry with Paul and went up against 2 legendary Pokemon (Darkrai and Latios).

Oh, this is hard. I tend to like all the Official Pokémon Leagues. Couldn't you have made the poll based on the best League Battle? Then again, that would be a lot to choose from, yeah? Ooooh, I'm babbling, sorry. XD

I think I really enjoyed the Lily of the Valley League in Sinnoh. Even though I wouldn't consider it the toughest league or even the best for that matter, it still had a lot of entertaining battles that I found to be really enjoyable. Not to mention, the whole Sinnoh Arc really lead down to the big battle between Ash and Paul at the end - something I wouldn't say that failed in the progress.

It did have its flaws, especially at the start, but I think all of the Pokémon Leagues had their own flaws; none of them were perfect to say the least. And it may be controversial about Ash losing to a trainer with Legendary Pokémon, but in the end Ash still managed to do something none of the other trainers in the League could have done, which was take down his Darkrai and his Latios. So, I think that showed a lot of improvement on Ash's part.

I'd say the Hoenn League comes in second for me though. The only downer was it lacked Ash using his older reserves (but I know why he didn't). Something I think the Sinnoh League covered well on was this part of the League though, especially since it pulled out a few surprises out of the hat; Sceptile for example.

I haven't watched the Lily of the Valley League Conference and can hardly remember the Indigo or EverGrande League conferences, so the Silver Conference does it for me.

"Johto Photo Finish" is a Johto era episode that commonly comes to mind, where a few Hoenn Pokemon were previewed and featured the epic battle between Ash's Charizard and Harrison's Blaziken. Not to mention that "Can't Beat the Heat!" had Ash's Charizard engaged in battle against Gary's Blastoise, which served as a fitting "conclusion" to their long-running rivalry (and letting us know what Gary's starter Pokemon actually was). Two of the most memorable Pokemon episodes IMO, that help the Silver Conference shine.

IThe Lily of the Valley Conference sounds epic, especially with the amazing feat of Ash's Pokemon trumping freaking legendaries, serving as a cool Take That to Takuto's audacity of even entering Legendaries in the competition.

On a side-note, I love it when Ash occasionally pulls out past Pokemon to use in Pokemon competitions.

My favorite is the Ever Grande Conference. That particular league was the biggest with over 600 participants as opposed to Lily of the Valley's 64. Having so many incredible trainers in one place really helped the atmosphere, and Hoenn was just a great saga in general. I really enjoyed Morrison and Tyson, they were great rivals for Ash. It was a bit disappointing that Ash didn't use Pokemon from older regions here, but it made sense since Hoenn was suppose to be a fresh start for the franchise. Still, this was a massive tournament, so Ash's other Pokemon could have easily been showcased.

However, Lily of the Valley definitely had the greatest battles.
