6th Gen Weird moves and met dates pokemon in X & Y?

    Just recently, I noticed that some of the pokemon I've obtained through Wonder Trade have weird "met dates"; and in some cases, weird moves that I don't think hey could learn in the new generation. For instance, I have an Eevee I only noticed yesterday, that has the date of the OT meeting it in 1/ 11/ 2011, but hatched on route 7. It knows Charm, Bite, take Down, and refresh, but it has a blue pentagon, so it's not a hacked pokemon. I also don't think Bite and refresh are natural egg moves in this generation, since I couldn't transfer them to any other bred eevee. What baffles me is that I was under the impression that pokemon from older gen games couldn't be traded over to & Y yet (if that's the case, here, which is seems like it is)

    I also have a Spritzee that was apparently met in 4/8/2016 by a different OT, and was met in the Friend Safari (also with a blue pentagon), a Swadloon from a different OT, met on 10/23/2018, also from Friend safari, with a blue pentagon, and a Dedenne from a different OT, met on 11/7/2012, also with a blue pentagon.

    So can anyone help me figure out just wtf is up with the weird "date met" dates and moves

    I sort of figured that for the last few, but the Eevee's date still kind of bothers me, because it also has that strange moveset I don't think it can learn in this gen (can it?)
    edit: nvm. Apparently, it can. I was confused to why the moves weren't transferring to the offspring.

    Regarding your Eevee's move set, both parents likely had the moves the offspring Eevee had. Let me break it down: if both parents know the same move that they can learn by level-up, the offspring will have those moves. Example: You breed two Goomy that both know Dragon Breath. The offspring Goomy will have Dragon Breath as well.
     
    Thry should all have blue pentagons. There is only one person who hacked the game(That people know of, and probally the only one who has), and he said he will not WonderTrade the pokemon off.
