I've never tried this, but I find it interesting, XD.

Bold@Leftovers
EV's: 252 Def, 252 SDef, 6 HP
~Shadow Tag
-Mirror Coat
-Counter
-Encore
-Splash
Now, I think by now most people would know what the first three are for, XD. It's the Splash that makes this weird, heh. You see, the move's one advantage, believe it or not, is it's 40 PP. This can allow you to use it for stalling purposes, for one. Also, in case Encore backfires and your opponent ends up repeating a non-attacking move, you could use it(while benefiting from the Leftovers in the meantime). In both of these cases, the point would be to save the PP loss that would happen from using sure-to-fail Counter/Mirror Coats. Furthermore, it'll probably be sweet to watch your opponent's reaction when Wobbuffet decides to Splash around. :D
I don't think I'll use it myself, as it looks too much like a novelty set. I believe I'd get better use out of Destiny Bond, for sure. ^_^
