    Well, i'm new so I guess I should start off with a hello! I'm new here (Duh -.-) so I thought i'd stop by and give greetings. :)
    The reason I came here is to get help with hacking a rom because honestly, I suck at it :P
    So if anyone is willing to help then i'd be really greatful. Well, most people in my school/town think that pokemon is for little kids so i'd get discriminited (SP) because i've been playing/watching pokemons since I was five, and iv'e been hooked ever since, so it's good to find a place where I'm not the only one who still likes pokemon :D

    Oh come now, I'm sure you don't suck at ROM hacking. It's simply a skill that takes a little while to master, I'm sure you will be on your way to creating awesome and awe inspiring hacks in no time at all after sticking around the ROM Hacking forum.

    Yes, many of us ran across that problem in our area. Don't despair, however, everyone at this community either likes Pokemon or did at one point in their lives. I assure you that your interest in Pocket Monsters will be accepted with open arms! We're always happy to have another member to discuss the anime and games.

    So. Nobody "sucks" at romhacking, per se. Let's see some of those other people who say you suck try to hack a rom! That's what I thought. I could help you, but it would be much more time-efficient for both of us if you just went to the romhacking tutorials section.

    Honestly, I have no idea on what to do about the story or the name. I've just been getting used to all the tools like advanced map. It's all pretty easy, except for scripting. I only know the basics like Give Pokemon/Give Item scripts.

    I would agree whole heartidly. I get the same old descrimination where I am, apart from my cousins, who also like the whole pokemon scene, although haven't joined PC (I'm working on that) Don't sweat it, because you are what you are and don't let anyone take that away from you. Be proud of your favouring of the pokemon )all bow down to the pokemon)

    Anyways, welcome. Check out the Scrapbox in the rom hacking section for hacks that are just starting out in their incredible journey (like mine;)). Make sure that you enjoy enjoy yourself, and may you make many friends, and be prosperous.
