4th Gen Were you completely finished with the Pokédex project immediately after the E4?

On my Pearl I had every Pokemon except Spiritomb in my dex before the E4, but I lost on Cynthia's last Pokemon because I ran out of PP, so technically I could got the National before finishing the E4.

I was missing....the lake trio, glaceon, and ambipom. I skipped alot of trainers in uhh...the snowy place

I have not beaten Platinum yet, but in Diamond I had only seen every one of them except Tentacool, Palkia, Drifloon, Uxie, and Azelf.
