    were can i buy TM28 on Sapphire?
     
    You can't buy it. You find it in Fallarbor town in the diggers house. The little kid gives it to you.

    You can't buy Master Balls. There's only one in the game all the time and once you use it, that's that unless you can lottery one out.

    R/S/E = in that sea cave
    LG/FR = given to you at the top of Sliph Co.

    You can still use pokemon that learn dig naturally, like Nincada and Diglett.

    You can't buy master balls, but you can get more if you win the lottery in the Lilycove dept. store.
     
    You can also have a friend trade you a pokemon holding Dig from another game, so you can have another chance at it.

    wow u ask alot of questions. ive never tried 2 c if nincada can fly. but i dont think it can becuz its not a flying type. its bug
     
    You should get a Trapinch, then give it an everstone or just dont evole it. Until it learns dig, then when its fully evolved form is Flygon. Which I think is a mad kunt.
