3rd Gen What are some underrated gen 3 Pokemon?

I feel Linoone (beyond ability pick up) is a very underestimated Pokemon. The very 1st first thing I caught in Sapphire was a modest Zigzagoon. Later on I taught it Surf, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam , & Roar... It ended up being the teammate I used the most in my 1st R/S/E run. :)
