Mewtwo - Ultra Ball (not a bird, but still a legendary)
Moltres - Ultra Ball

And by far the strangest...

Lugia - Nest Ball

I used my Masterball on Mewtwo considering he was the last one left.

Ho-Oh was a Pokeball, and I haven't encountered any of the other birds yet. I got Raikou in a Pokeball too, however.
