What card IS this?

Hey guys!

I was wondering if any of you could identify what kind of card this is. I've never seen another one like it, and the fact that it's Japanese doesn't help either. :P As a little kid I would just call it "Scyther in Jail". Lol

Upload a picture of it as an attachment to your next post. I do think it's Rocket's Stadium, but I'm not 100% sure.

It's called Rocket's Training Gym. It adds a +1 retreat cost to active pokemon. I had the card as a kid, but it took a minute for the name to click into my head. https://www.serebii.net/card/gymheroes/104.shtml
