[Other] What could cause a map to not load?

I've turned Southern Island into a different map, I swear all I did was visually edit it and change movement permissions.

However I wanted to test it, and so I stuck a temporary warp to go there, but it freezes on a black screen every time I try. I've tried the same warp to other places, even to the middle of cities, and it works fine. Help..?



I'm on Ruby btw.

The map could be corrupt? I believe it can happen. Try making an exact copy and create a new map based off it, set a warp to go there and see if that works. If that's the case then it's the space the old map was based on that doesn't work.

Some Ruby maps will go all glitchy if you resize them. :/

Yea I just used the Insert Map thing to overwrite the OTHER part of southern island, then changed my warp from 25-9 to 25-10 and it works perfectly. Thanks.
