What deck do you play with? (Yu-Gi-Oh)

    I play with

    Gadget Oppression, i've topped numerous locals, and even made an appareance with it in SJC Atlanta.

    What deck do you play with?
     
    I run gimmicky decks involving long-drawn, somewhat inefficient strategies (like Volcanic Counter burst, Triple-Geartown Special, and Inferno Tempest) and swarmy-type decks, like Ratbox.

    I stray away from metas.
     
    Ratbox's alright, but I prefer Anti-Meta/Stun varients.
     
    Gymnotide and I seem to be on a similar wavelength. I try to make my decks a strong as I can, but it's more important to me for them to be unconvetional and fun.

    Anyway, my 'signature' deck is a Crystal Beast one. It generally makes for a long duel with (hopefully) a comeback win. Usually that's a Rainbow Dragon hitting the field, but sometimes (the less cool) Crystal Abundance, which is more of a 'Plan B'.

    Other decks I use:
    Psychic
    Morphtronic
    An unnamed deck that uses Iron Chain and Reactor cards (a work in progress)
    Cloudian
    Arcana Force
    Neo-Spacian
    Gladiator Beast
    *checks drawers*
    Well there's also an old V-Z deck, it was the first deck I made when I got back into Yugioh a couple of years ago. It kinda died though, especially since Dimension Fusion got banned. I still like to use it now and again though.
     
    Im not a fan of Rainbow Dragon for obvious reasons.

    But if your playing for fun, it could be fun.
     
    I forgot to mention Cloudian and Batteryman.
     
    I actually play with Batteryman myself. ^_^
     
    Yeah, it is, but I regret the fact that Honest is much better suited to stuff like... Say...
    Archlord Christia. That card that Alter Ego got me on.
     
    I tech 2 Honests in that build. And I agree, it is.
     
    I play with the old cards, so.. a lot of banned cards for me.

    My deck is consisted of Magicians, Dragons, and Warriors. I rely heavily on Dark Magician most. As the magician is my trump card.
     
    They spat out some nice support for Dark Magician, but I never really saw why he was so popular. I thought he looked silly with this purple, metallic pointy clothes and that silly walking cane :P

    I just dug out a Vennominnon deck from out of nowhere lol.

    warrior synchro - slowly becoming warrior assault mode deck.

    Is that one of your old decks or something? Lol

    I know. He would be almost useless if not for his transformation. Most humanoid monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh wear extremely, ridiculous costumes.
     
    Aliens are blah, they don't have a chance. I made a few more threads guys, please check them out.

    but they work once i get started on A-counters on the field. besides, Alien Kid/ammonite are going to give Aliens some much needed help
     
    Gol'gar makes me want to play Aliens...
    That little beastie with the Big Bang Shot and Swords of Revealing Light.

    It makes me want to wet myself.
     
    yes i know. on top of being really easy to bring out, A-counters left and right makes for awesome addition to the Alien control decks

    It's a CB swarm, so it lacks all the hard to use/non-offensive CBs like Eagle, Turtle and Dragon.
     
    I just started playing Batteryman today. It did quite well, I was loosing in match one, my current hand was the following.

    1x Gaurdian of Order
    1x Thunder King Rai-Oh
    1x Battery Charger
    1x Inferno Reckless Summon
    1x Short Circuit.

    I played Charger, got AA, activated Inferno, got 3 AA, Short circuit, game.
