What did you do when PC was down?

Enough ifs and woulds. During five days, PC hasn't been working. How did you put up with it? What did you do during these five eternal days?

Meh, I survived by visiting PC's IRC chat room. I have mIRC so it was no problem for me. Hehehe.
But I did miss PC. This community does Rawk! IRC just aint the same. But it is fun :P

I found ways to contact some of my friends through a "chatroom" of sorts.
I also thought that a hacker closed down the place. Those 5 days seemed like weeks.

Oh, and Went, in your poll, "I PMed a staff member twice a day". How could have somebody PMed a staff member if PC wasn't working, did you have some secret way to access PC?!

I went to some other forums, but I was afraid that PC wouldn't come back. It kind of did make it easier for me to do work, as I couldn't be distracted as much.

I went to other forums when I got the chance to be online. Otherwise I did exams at school, (how exciting, yay!) seeing as we were having our mocks.

No seriously, I was gone the 4 days at a tennis tourney. the 5th I realised it was down.

I just did anything else I usualy do. But when I was on the computer I would be constantly refreshing the page, checking over and over. It might seem wierd, Its just there was a little voice in my head saying, "I bet it is ready now!" over and over. But otherwise I was fine.

Other than that, I went to a bunch of other forums, played games and stuffs like that.

I really didn't get too worried about PC. I talked to Chikara and mizuki via Suishou, and hung out on MMC alot. So it really wasn't a big deal.


I was worried I was the only one it wasn't working for though...til I talked to mizuki.

Ah... I was waiting for a thread like this. When the forum was down, I kept working on my fangame. But seriously, not coming here is really bad. Specially for the ones that are addicted. This forum is one of the best forums on the internet. I mean, really. <~ It's hard for the ones that comes here everyday and all that. Heh... Anyway, whenever the forum is down, I just complete some unfinished business. ._.

btw it wus only five days?! i cudda swore it wus like 2 weeks!

Refresh, refresh, and...oh yeah; refresh. I kept alternating between the usual www.pokecommunity.com and theud since last time this happened I spent an extra week in stupidity-induced exile because I didn't realize that one of the urls worked but the other didn't. T_T

Meh, aside from the refresh-frenzy I managed, though. I watched a lot of anime, jumped over to an old forum I hadn't checked up on for ages, and did more away-from-the-computer stuff than usual. Then, on the third day of the downtime I realized that the deadline for a huge journalism essay wasn't next month like I had thought but instead on the next monday so I rushed over to the university library to study and spent the weekend typing the damn thing up. xD
