4th Gen What Did You Name You, Your Rival, and Your Pokemon?

Rival: Silver

Typhlosion: diFiamma (means "flame" in italian)
Pidgeot: Cielo (menas "sky" in italian)
Heracross: Kratos (means "power" in ancient greek)
Espeon: Helios (means "sun" in ancient greek)
Starmie: Violetta (means "violet" in italian)
Donphan: Terreno (means "ground" in italian)

I also had an Ampharos, which i named Luminos (="bright" in italian)

Rival: Left it as Silver; was much more suiting than anything I had come up with.

Typhlosion: Ziggy.
Haunter: Lugosi.
Steelix: Jack O' (the sprites' expression always reminded me of that of a Jack O' Lantern)
Cloyster: Cielle.
Miltank: Cremia.
Magikarp: I think it's Fishy Fish or something like that.

I named my self Yoshi, my rival Douche and i didn't nickname any of my pokemon cause i can't think of any good names

I named myself Kitty, and my rival Conrad. For my pokemon I kept their original name.

I can't find my original post in here (if I even did... did I? Can't remember) so I'ma do it again!

I named myself Ilex, due to the forest - Lyra, the default name, is a forest in Fiore, and Ilex is the forest in Johto (because, let's face it, Petalburg, Eterna and Viridian don't make good girl's names).

My rival is Silver. ~♥

My Pokemon are:
Feraligatr - Toty (from Totodile)
Pidgeot - Pidge - (I have no imagination)
Ampharos - Starrie (Sta- from Static, his ability, and then -arrie- from MAREEp)

The next three aren't nicknamed in-game as I got them through trades, but I still have names for them:
Vulpix - Vully (and she's shiny!)
Ursaring - Teddy (from Teddiursa)
Sneasel - Snesee (both from Sneasel and from the fact that Ice makes you sneezy)

Got the game Yesterday. ~

Named myself after myself, Alex. My Rival is Will, the girl being Lyra made me think of The Amber Spyglass, which I read one time, and I think the boy in it is called Will. o.o Other than I like the name. My main Pokemon are Marsha, the female Croconaw (was going to be named Gonzalez after the one I had in Silver until it turned out to be a girl) and Nights, the Noctowl(I've been playing Journey of Dreams lately).

Haha, I very nearly called my rival Will because of His Dark Materials.

I even considered naming my starter Pantalaimon. ~♪
