    Ogre1-Zapdos
    Ogre2- Pidgeot
    Montage- Primeape
    ArKiVe- Venusaur
    Mandy- Lapras
    Ditto- Ditto

    in my FR game.....
    Flame Fury=Charizard
    Digtrap=Dugtrio
    Machspeed=Pidgeot
    Sparkz=Jolteon
    Outrage=Gyarados
    Proto=Butterfree
     
    i usually just name my pkmn the japenese name.when i dont i normally leave it the same.
     
    Charizard: Armaghedon
    Sandslash: Pandora
    Dragonair: Appocalypse
    Pidgeot: Chaos
    Butterfree: Havoc
    Gyrados: Sanctuary

    I like my garados's name! its different! >:
     
    For some reason I always call Nidokings 'Kingpin' and Nidoqueens 'Queenpin'

    Charizard=unfortunatly CHARIZARD, I got it in a trade
    Venusaur=Leaves
    Arcanine=Fireflash

    All of them (Except for Victoria) were name after characters from animes/tv shows. X3

    Swampert- Ace
    Swellow- Babs
    Vileplume- Gloomy
    Sabely (sp)- Haunty
    Ferah- Nintetails
     
    Since I change my Pokemon alot. Lets just say that I give them all Japanese names.

    I use lots of different pokies throughout the game too, but some of my favourites (when it comes to nicks) are:

    Charmander(-eleon, -izard) - Charlie (my first pokemon sweetheart! :wub: ^^;)
    Pidgey (ect) - For females: Windy, For males: Gust or Zephyr ^^;
    Nidorino/a (ect) - The totally unoriginal: Nido&Nidy ^^;
    Pikachy- Sparky or Zappy or Stuns
    Ekans: Snape (not mine, borrowed from Harry Potter books ^^;)
    Lapras: Blue or Shelly (get it? it's because it's got a shell ^^;)

    And so on, and on and on... now that I think about it, I mostly give them girly names, hehe ^^;

    Eh, I go with plain strange names (at least judging from the naming standards in this thread):

    Sceptile: Foress (t Gump)
    Gardevoir, Sassy nature: Tunderekko (because I happen to be an otaku)
    Yanma: Meganekko (because I happen to be an ota*SHOT*) Well yes, Yanma's eyes look like glasses.
    Ursaring: Pedobear (sorry, 4chan reference)
