What do I do??

In my game folder I have

Audio
Data
Graphics
Game (App)
Game (Config)
Game (RXPROJ)
Game (RXPATA)
RGSS102E.dll
Scenes

I have no clue on what to do next. If I add a picture in the Graphics folder, how do I make it show up in the game? And is there a type of application that I can use to edit the game with because my kit doesnt have an editor?

seriously before you even think about throwing a game together, learn how to use the program. search youtube, there's tutorials everywhere. :\
