2nd Gen What do you do after you've finished the game?

With R/B/Y & G/S/C I never used to do anything after beating the Elite Four, apart from Kanto and Red for Crystal. I'd never go for filling the Pokédex but since Sapphire I do much more post-storyline stuff including filling up the Pokédex.
 
When I've finished the game in the first two generations I usually just work on finishing the Pokédex, and raising Pokémon to lv100. Because well, there isn't much else to do. Unlike future games, where there are other things available.
 
Honestly, what I enjoy the most after beating the game and the postgame (if there is one) is rematching the elite four and making all of my Pokémon level 100 that way. But that can take a while... XD
 
Just noticed this was revived back in December, lol. But oh well, since I've gone so long without noticing, I'll just let it slide for now. In the older games though, I usually just restart after beating the game. I don't have the means to trade all my team members and such to another file, so eh. Might as well do something else on that cart.

Edit: I'm not naming names, but PLEASE stop reporting this thread when in this post, I JUST said I will allow it to stay.
