What do you do when waiting for a soda to get cold?

    Well the title says it all. Or, do you like your soda warm? HOw long does it take to get it cold?

    I don't do anything to wait, I get cold soda in two minutes. All I do is superchill it and yeah... so I never have to wait..

    Before It usually took an hour or so for it to get cold and I was extremely bored in waiting.

    Yes this thread is a bit eccentric.
     
    What a deep question... I don't know, I'm going to have to think this one over and get back to you.
     
    Hmm... well, sometimes I like my drinks warm but mostly cool. So I normally stick it in the fridge straight away and play some Resident Evil for about an hour to get it as chilled as possible. All I really drink is Lucozade anyway. As for the best drinks to have warm, it'll probably be Dr Pepper for me.
     
    LOL, I sleep, or do something productive.
     
    I hate putting it in a cup with ice, it tastes flat, and I don't like flat soda. I also can't drink it out of a bottle.
     
    We have to put ours out of sight or they will be gone in a day or two.

    URm anyways:

    To superchill you get a bowl of ice and water, and throw a handful or two of salt in it. Then you put the soda in the bowl and stir it for about two minutes and waalla!
     
    I don't have to wait, because I take my soda warm.
     
    My frig is so cold, there's small bits of ice already in it when I get a soda out of it.

    The real question for me is what do I before I open it. I set me thoughts to 'perfect' for a most enjoyable Dr Pepper.

    If it snowed around where I lived, I'd probably just pour the soda into the cup and stick the cup in the snow. But apparently, it doesn't snow where I live so I just stick it in the fridge and play some games on the computer... Or hang out on PC.
    (I decided to get some soda after reading this tread ^^)
     
    If I really wanted it, I'd just chuck it in the freezer for a few mins, otherwise I'd just watch some TV.
     
    I go to the bathroom read a book or wait.
     
    ...I'm not even sure this thread is fit for OVP, but I know for certain it doesn't go in Other Chat. o_O What is there to discuss? Siggy, do what you want with this ahaha.

    To answer the question, if I know I don't have any cold pop in the fridge and I need it cold in 10 minutes I'll put it in the freezer. Any longer and I'll put it in the fridge. If I don't realize I don't have cold ones before I need it, I'll just drink it room temp.
     
    Depends on what it is in. If its in a can i drink it cold, but if its in a 2 liter bottle i drink the entire thing warm.
