    So everyone.. what do think about this new site, https://www.ThereIShoppedIt.com both in idea and design?

    what needs changing?
    is it appealing to you? both in design and topics?

    anything else? ..suggestions, comments, your thoughts?
     
    Great idea, only problem I have is that the images are sometimes large, maybe have a reduction system in place?
     
    Nice vectory design. XD I like it. I don't like the header image though. The PS logo just seems out of place on the whole thing.

    Also I think it would look better with some bright blue. Maybe in place of the light gray behind the news.
     
    hmm.. VERY large submitted images are automagically resized.. linked images are at the mercy of the linked page / site..

    I'm accepting Logo designs so feel free to submit yours...

    For the layout;
    There are a lot of different colors going on which can make things a bit distracting at times.
    I really like where you were going with the background color choices; Blacks, Greens, and Whites. I don't think that the blue/red/yellow color choices are the right idea for this site. It's a bit of a younger age audience color scheme that seems like it would better represent a online toy store of some sort.

    The logo does stand out a bit, but all it looks like it could just use a little touching up. The variety of different colors across the layout makes it hard for the logo to better fit the site as well.

    The sections flow nicely, though. If you base a nice color scheme I'm sure it would tie together perfectly. :)
    I really like the whole idea behind the site, too! Nothing like some funny shops to get you laughing into a good mood.

    Hope I didn't offend! I in no way intended to, anyways.

    figuring out a workable color scheme is not my fav thing in the world.. the theme by design is somewhat comical and i'd like to keep that feel to it without it going overboard..

    suggestions on colors / changes please.

    I'm sorry, like I said I in no way meant to offend.
    It's a very fun website, don't get me wrong. :)
    I picked the Blacks, White, and Greens simply based on my own preferences, not as like a best choice or anything.

    A variety of different colors could overwhelm viewers.
    What would you say a few (two or three?) of your favorite bright and comical colors be that you think would best represent your site?
     
    take a look again.. i reduced the overall use of colors.. and did it a bit more symmetrically i think.
     
    I think grays / blues / greens can work. Not bright greens/blues though, closer to gray. Blue Green etc. :)
     
    those are a bit dull.. i kinda want some "POP" in the site.. and for it to look fun too

    Good Name, Great colors apart from the blue (its a bit too Bright), its got some cool content
    The Kanye one was funny.

    But may i recommend changing the blue to white or a dark lightish Gray.
    I think it would look better.
     
    Change the default font; whatever you've set it to, I have it. So change it. Now.

    Makes it impossible to read, which makes me hate the site.

    Anyway, I can design some logos and stuff for you if you want. ;3

    Thanks.. now we just need more peoples to sign up and submit their images :) (kinda like ICHC or There I Fixed It)

    The blue USED to be a grey but was changed per another suggestion above.. The blue is better then that grey was.. but meh, i dunno.. getting a decent color scheme is turning out to be hard.

    default font? whats wrong with it? how is it impossible to read?

    they are standard web fonts...

    I saw it before your changed the grey to blue and the grey was better, imo. But not that blue. Like someone said earlier, it's too bright.

    Logo is sorta generic but I think you said you were planning on changing it.

    Overall, good. I like the style, but the colours still need some work, I think. Idea is fun and good too. It should be nice once it becomes more active. ;)
     
    moved some colors around a bit, redid a grey bg (a bit darker than before) and so on..

    what do you think now?

    anyone doing any logo ideas yet?
     
    ya know.. I did really like the red header too.. what is the hex for that second blue? it looks like a steel blue of sorts..
