I guess the technical requirements, which is probably what you're looking for, would be to be like us have completed the National Dex and obtained every Pokemon in a given game. And obviously be the Champion. And have beaten every Trainer in the game at least once. Aaaand also have all Pokemon you've caught be at Level 100.
Oh, and have all Pokemon at Level 100 in shiny form too~
No releasing Pokemon.
No Gameshark.
And then you're a Pokemon Master... of that particular game!
