What ever happend to Jigglypuff

    Could someone tell me what happed to Jigglypuff, that thing seemed to love following Ash around Kanto, but i don't ever remember it leaving, i just know it did, could someone tell me what happend to it.
     
    I would like to know this too. I love the little puffball. However, it seems kind of odd that Jigglypuff's final appearance should be in AG039. Last it was seen, it stormed off to a forest in anger, I believe.
     
    Yeah, I was also wondering where the pink puff ball went...

    I think there was some episode in Hoenn when Jigglypuff ended up with some researcher and his daughter...or was that a completely different Jigglypuff?
     
    I think it was a minor character that would be a recurring gag that they would use on and on (like when they fall asleep and Jigglypuff drew on everyone's faces. Which I still laugh at today). But I am guessing they decided the gag got too old for everyone and they stopped using it as often. Then it eventually faded from memory

    This is an example of a severe lack of continuity that Pokemon has. The same example goes with Ash's Father. They introduce the beginning of an idea, but scrap it with no conclusion. It is possible that Jigglypuff still follows Ash and Co, though off camera
     
    It seems to have gone the way of the GS Ball. They just suddenly left it out and hope people forget about it (and yes, they have confirmed that's what happened to the GS Ball).

    Perhaps they think that running gag got too overused. Maybe they realized how bothersome it was to make it canon that Jigglypuff somehow made it from Kanto/Johto to Hoenn and Sinnoh on foot.
     
    I miss Pink Diva too! I wish Misty would have caught her, would have made the show funnier.
     
    *shrugs* Jigglypuff was, at one point in time, my favorite Normal type because of its appearances on the show. Did it get stuck in the Smash Brothers universe or something? God I miss it.
     
    Id love it if she returned and got caught by TR(replacing that damn Wobbaffet) and Jessie started using her in Contests.
     
    They should bring the loved Jigglypuff back! Forget the Pokemon Company's ways, bring Jigglypuff back you... *BLEEP These five hundred words are not meant for children's eyes.* ..muthafu *BLEEP Sorry, we missed one.*

    I also realized a while ago that Jigglypuff was gone with no good reason...

    I really liked him, maybe they just forgot about him :P
     
    Jigglypuff is probably gone for good. I don't know how, maybe he got eaten by rabid easter bunnies on Monsters, but that's just me.

    I wonder why he even appeared on SSBB anyways. It was just so confusing. His last appearance was like what? 5 years ago? The game came out about 3 years later? Talk about waffles.
     
    It learnt a new attack, and all 4 slots were full, so it had to overwrite Sing, then it realised it couldn't follow the gang to sing to them, cause it couldn't do that any more, so it went back in the wild...

    I've got a theory that Jigglypuff only just barely made it back to Brawl, based on keeping the original 12 and the last gasps of its popularity.

    My guess as to what happened to Jigglypuff is that somebody caught it and now it's stored away somewhere...
     
    Yeah, what about all forgotten promises Ash has made to people that he would return to see them again?! *Gengar, Hainter and Gastly*
     
    I don't think Jigglypuff has been forgotten, they've been making lots of references to past seasons in DP, with flashbacks to season 1 and season 6, and the random Johto episode about Jessie wanting to be a nurse. I actually thought Jigglypuff may have made a reappearance in DP, but apparently not. Perhaps because it's a Kanto Pokemon or because it's been used a lot, but that hasn't stopped them before :/ I would like to see her return

    they refereance a lot of things, I have a feeling it may return in the next series I have a feeling they return to johto hence why the three johto starters are in the twelfth movie
