What EV's Should I give the following?

Anyways, you use agility first. then, metagross has fierce speed, which, combined with its brutal attack power, makes it a powerhouse.
 
Agility allows you to outrun almost everything not Speedpassed, it gives Metagross a entire team sweep opportunity

And it can even take hits! Only a PHazer/hazer or mega-bulky wall (like skarm) can really stop it.
 
Awesome! Thanks you guys, you rock. I'd never manage without you. :) Also, should I breed aromatherapy onto Blissey, if that's the only way I can get it? If so, how does that work? Sorry for asking so many questions.
 
Yeah, breeding is kinda the only way on Blissey, it's tough to get that same Blissey with Seismic Toss >_<
 
Not breed both, Move tutor in Emerald Seismic Toss and breed Aromatherapy, its UTTER PAIN!! >_<
 
Aww that sucks... =( That means you can't get Blissey with Seismic Toss =( Use Ice Beam then
 
I'll work on Blissey last, this one's going to take some effort. How about a sweeping Mence? What is needed for him? I'll do him, or suicune. or donphan, It doesn't matter, I guess I'll do blissey last.

Edit: Is Dragonite or Garchomp better than Mence?

DDnite is better than DDmence, but mence runs everything else better sadly. Garchomp's chainchomp set is beastly.

DD means Dragon Dance, one of the best Sweeper moves =D Increases both Speed AND Attack

Garchomp with Draco Meteor, Swords Dance, Fire Blast, Earthquake, simply because of Garchomps switch in's like Donphan and Hippowdon, it obliterates them after luring them out with Swords Dance

I actually like dragon claw over draco, but that TECHNICALLY isn't chainchomp I suppose. lol
 
so what will be best? I'm using a special sweeper porygon, agiligross, cmcune, blissey, donphan, and a dragon. Which shall it be?
