Riley
Riley was mad, and the cool trainer was losing his cool. He patted Earl on the shoulder and gave a chilling gaze to Israel.
"First, get over yourself. I'm here for something other than you. You aren't that important right now. I merely saw you and wanted to dsay hello. Second, Glace was growling because she dislikes doing that sort of thing. She was growling at me, not you, so again, get over yourself. Anyways, I'm Riley, the former Ice Gym leader, it's a pleasure to meet you. Mary, please put away that camera. This is a League operation, and thus is not touchable by the press. I'd be more than willing to give you a full report once it's done." he said, petting Glace and picking her up. He handed his League ID to Mary so she could verify it, and thus have no choice other than to put her camera away, or risk being arrested. He turned to look at Israel.
"Anyways, sorry about snapping like that. I don't do well when a giant fire dog leaps on me. Sorry to have interupted... Whatever was so important that you practically rn and ignore anything not in your way. Come on, Glace, we won't find Celebi here." he said, not quite so accidently letting his mission slip for them to over hear. He turned and began to walk away, slowly, so he could be stopped. If this didn't get them interested, he'd have to resort to other means.
Jake
When the three arrived, they would see what appeared to be the site of a battle, and a fifteen year old girl was laying on the ground, hurt.
"Saur!" a large and burned Venusaur said angrily, panting himself in front of the girl.
"Looks like little Brother was here." Jake remarked as he looked at the venusaur, who was not going to let them near the girl, who was still unconcious.
In the past
Blazekin was hurled into a tree, and hit the ground, groaning. Tempest clicked her beak and puffed weakly. Tydus smirked as Blazekin flipped to his feet. The old man was in good form, but John saw certain patterns in him that Israel was fond of. Patterns he could exploit.
"I just noticed Master... He does not have Mewtwo with him." Metal pointed out. John nodded, wondering where the psychic type was. Who cared. It was an even fight now. As the bird and the chicken continued to clash, John found he was reacting faster than Tydus. Looks like the he was not as fast as he used to be, and John was really... Holding his own. Not winning, but not losing either.
