What is this holographic Pikachu Card?

I've had this all sparkly pikachu card since i was young annd ive never seen one like it ive looked all over the internet and none of my friends had it when i was young can anyone help me?????!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?

It was a card from the Legendary collection, which I believe was the last set Wizards printed (not sure on that, though) and was the second set made entirely of reprints. That particular holofoil style is called "reverse holofoil". Every card in that set had a reverse holofoil version.

Yes, they are real, i have also a Machop and a gravler from the same set, and they also holo on the same way.
