3rd Gen What is this?

Oh, I think it's just Deoxys in three different forms.
Deoxys doesn't evolve so it's just different pictures of Deoxys.
 
allow me to jump in and explain with my knowledge of pokemon info gathered so far about this new and unusual pokemon, Deoxys feature in Ruby and Sapphire as a downloadable in the normal form you have seen already, but in fire red and leaf green, if you can find your way to the correct island, you will be given the chance to fight and capture Deoxys, but depending on your version, it will be either one or the other of the two below the normal ones picture, in leaf green it will be the one with the large shield arms and strong body, it has high defence, hp and special def, while in fire red, it will be the thinner, whip-armed version, with high speed, attack and special attack, i hope that clears things up.
 
IM THE POKEMASTER HERE!

The two other forms are from Fire Red & Leaf Green. Deoxys can shape shift because it has one less Oxygen molecule.

Ok, I guess those explanitions make sence. I was wondering, though, why would there be diffrent forms shone for deoxys if they didn't show diffrent forms for other non-evolving pokemon (ho-oh, etc.)

Well, who knows! But, I think we are all Pokemon Masters anyway.

Its FR LG forms are horribly malbalanced. The LG one has Spikes and Cosmic Power. the FR on is super-powerful. Of course they aren't usually permitted like other legendaries.
