4th Gen What is up with Celebi?

I did want to have a Celebi in my Diamond for a long time...
But what if the person that wanted a Celebi lives on a different country and there are no events there?
Could Celebi be impossible to get?

Like me, I live in Australia and event Pokemon are impossible for me to get without trading with people or hacking.

No, I meant people in the countries that don't have access to events... GTS solves that problem, I guess...

GTS doesnt really solve any problem, because you must have "seen" a pokemon in order to ask for it.

thats where sites like these come in :)

to put it simply, arceus is still unobtainable in every legit way possible. and shaymin i think also might be still.
