Even though I have 4 eggs in my team at the moment (2 eevee- I was lucky enough to get a female from that man! 1 chansey, 1 larvitar) this is my usual team-

Pikachu - Level 66

dude you can beat the e4 just bring some exiliars like 4 or somethign and hyper potions or full restore and if you can go island 2 and buy lava cokkies because the are the same thing as a full restore but with out the hp thing
 
I beat the E4 easily; but you should have at least 10 Revives, Max Potions, and Paralyze heal, ice heal, etc.

Ive got some. Have your pokemon at equal levels. I beat the elite 4 with pokemon only in the ate 40's and early 50's. You also need a hell of a lot of hyper potions, full restores(although these arent necarsary(sp?)) and revives. Of course if your pokemon are high enough, you may not need so many pokemon. But I have no idea how your going to defeat Lorelie(sp?), because her pokemon will wipe out all your pokemon, like that!
