Obviously Ultraviolet, released 2050.

Oh, right, I'm not a time traveller. Darn. Then G/S. They introduced several important concepts into the series, and fixed the problems of RGBY. I'm hoping for a remake.

To this date, Crystal has remained the most in-depth Pokemon game ever released. Diamond/Pearl came fairly close, but in my opinion Crystal remains the best Pokemon game so far.
