Any other moves it has (usually Thunderbolt or whatever) are useless, since I never use them after I have Thunder.

I was in third grade when I thought of this moveset, so it might look bad, becuase it does.
I still use this moveset even if it isn't all that great.

Solarbeam and Fire Blast both takes advantage of Drought, Solarbeam doesn't need a Charge Turn and Fire Blast's Accuracy boosts from 70 -> 100
Eruption is STROOOOOOOONG and Groudon is too! :)
Thunderbolt is just to handle Kyogre & C.O. in case of PP Runout on Solarbeam, or if you meet a Pelipper/Gyarados m.m. that is resistant to Solarbeam(AND usually knows Water-moves, and Groudon don't like Water!)

No big strategy here...
Just use what your foe is weak too and let Rayquaza's Power handle the Rest!

Same as Rayquaza, except that i didn't had TM Dragon Claw, i traded it away, so i put in Flamethrower instead...
And you could use him as HM Slave too, Surf and Fly are the most commonly used HM's, and they are good for battling too!
