Dewgong. Water + Ice makes me very happy, at least amongst the water types I'd say.

Magikarp it's weak but, I always tend to like weak Pokemon and, after a while of catching them it kind of grown on me. XD

Kingdra, probably. It's been very useful to me in the games (and often a challenge to beat.)

I gotta go with Politoad or Totadile cause they were really adorable in Silver. ^^
Their really my only favorite Water types.
