Ah yes, the festival plaza. Idk I was addicted to it for a good month cause it had SIX LOTTO BOOTHS and a haunted house. So it's up to level 70 I think, and I have a glitz theme to my plaza maybe...hadn't been there in a good month.

I did have it full of Treasure Hunt booths (for the sole purpose of mining Bottle Caps), but lately I've been trying to add more Dye Houses just in case I ever get the notion to change up my outfit. Still trying for a 5-star Team Green. Glitz theme.
