What is your Pokemon Evil Team?

This my first of the questions people put in the Pokemon General.

So what if you made a Pokemon Evil Team. Like Team Rocket, Magma, Flare, Galactic, Plasma, etc. What are their goals? Do they have a type specialty? What would happen to them after the events of the plot?

Now I have been wanting to write mine down for a while, so i'll do part of mine here, I'll probs update it if you want to read more.
Warning It's a little dark, especially for a Pokemon Game

Ok where to begin?

Name: Team Cyber

Story-
Before Main Game

Here we go! (this will be very long)
The story starts with Young Bishop Cyne, at age 18. He just got a job at PokeDonalds (just some fast food place)
He was on his way to his new job with his Magnemite. He saw the main road was blocked.
So he decided to take a shortcut. . .
He would go into a dark alleyway. It was hard to see anything.
He was approached by two men who looked like a mix of gangster and Sci-fi Evil Team grunt.
"... What are you doing here mate?" asked one of the people.
"Sorry! I'm sorry! The main road is blocked, so I am taking a shortcut," Bishop would say.
"Do you think we should?" asked the other person to the first person.
"Yeah," said the first person.
Then the 2nd person would go behind Bishop and put a bag over his head.
They would also hurt the magnemite and throw it in the trash. (don't worry he is saved later)
Bishop is taken to Team Cyber Base. This team is not the current Team Cyber however. It is Team Cyber Original (or what becomes Team Cyber X), their goal is to make the perfect mix of Pokemon and Human, to rule the world. Anyways, he is strapped to a chair and has IV's and other things connected to him.
He is connected to a Ditto.
The leader is watching Bishop being experimented on from a window with some other scientists.
They start the machine which connects Bishop and the Ditto.
They are merged. The Ditto slime is splattered on at the window.
"...Experiment 151 is a failure, move along, take in No. 475-" the Leader says.
"do you hear that?" asked the leader.
Bishop was still alive, but merged with the Ditto. He looked like Two Face, but pink instead of burnt. Right hand was also pink goo, and he had a bunch of cuts and holes in his clothes.
He then saw himself in a mirror.
"...no, no, no..."
Dark Part Incoming
Then his his eyes turned Pink-Red.
He had to get revenge. In a sudden moment he knew how to transform into ANY POKEMON. (adrenaline basically)
He turned his hand into a Machamp and Shattered the Wall. He would grab a random scientist he could grab, throw him back and slash him with a scyther hand. (this may or may not have killed them)
Then he would jump through the window and slash a bunch of Team Cyber Members.
But then he would realize what he was doing.
The Leader would run away with a few other Team Cyber Members.
The adrenaline would go away.
He would realize how much pain he was in.
(Basically the ditto that he is merged with is causing him alot of pain, also it is kinda rotting his brain. not permanently but it makes him go Insane for as long as he is merged)
"Ugh, oh god," said Bishop.
Everyone who was still alive was scared of him.
"What is this place, What happened to me? I hurt so much, but I can do anything. . . I will lead this team, I can't stay like this, I must be cured. . ." yelled Bishop.
"You all! You worked for this horrible person, well now you work for me! I can kill you if I want to so don't try leaving! This team... what is this team?" asked Bishop.
"Sir, this is Team Cyber," said one of the workers.
"Then I shall be the new leader of Team Cyber, and our goal will be to cure me!" said Bishop.
And now Bishop was the new Leader.
Eventually the Admins are formed and the team is formed into what it is today.
He realizes he needs money to continue the research for the team.
(But for a reason he doesn't just steal the money, can someone give me a reason, please?)
So he creates Bishop Labs, a Tech Company that ends up getting alot of money.
He becomes popular for owning Bishop Labs. But no one knows that it is a front for a secret evil team.
He ends up adopting a 8 year old girl named Pheonix (So he will seem nice in the public eye), and she eventually becomes the Fire Type Queen (Head Admin).
They end up having many failed experiments, like ERROR a corrupted rotom. Or A Glitched reality. (although these don't come into play in the story)
Bishop Labs Anounces that they are beggining a Starter Program, for kids who apply, they can get a starter and take on the gym challenge.
And you Ashton (male), Gabe (neutral), Lexie (female) were accepted! And at the start of the game you go to Valicent City, and get your Starter.
There is also Leonardo, who is a mix of edgy/nice who is 14 and also is getting a starter. (he chooses strong against yours)
And Robin a 16 year old girl who wants to be a nurse, but is taking on the Gym Challenge for the summer. (she chooses weak against yours)

Main Story
So to begin the Main Story you choose your starter at Bishop Labs HQ.
There is a few scientists in the room, Robin, Leonard, and Bishop Cyne (who if it wasn't obvious can transform into humans as well as Pokemon, so he doesn't always look like a monster)
So you choose your starter from Pearryling (grass platypus), Pyfox (fire fox (XD) work in progress I made it's evolutions bad so i am reworking the whole line), and finnally Cubsea (Water Bear)
You choose which ever one you fancy.
As soon as you choose Leonardo chooses the one who is stronger and leaves.
Then Robin chooses the one weak and you battle.
You can guess who won
You go through route 1 and route 2.
But route 2 you see something. . . strange.
On a ledge you see a tall young woman (20 or so) She has long bushy red hair, a reddish black small jacket, and a rotom phone. You hear a beep from her phone and she says this.
"Huh, Oh it seems father wants me home,"
And then a smoke cloud appears and she vanishes.
Who was she?
Hmm... well time to continue to Valicent Outskirts!
You enter Valicent Outskirts and you see a lady who looks very similar to Professer Juniper, she is about 35.
"... Where is that kid? Where is (player)?"
She realizes you are there.
She talks about who she is, Professer. Maple (also Juniper's sister)
And how she researches MECHA pokemon.
Mecha Pokemon. . . yeah you know Mewtwo from the first movie? How giovanni gave him armor, basically that.
They either gain or replace the secondary type with steel. They have a MECHA move and are alot stronger, especially in Defense and Sp.Def.
Notable Mecha Pokemon are. Charizard, Mewtwo, All Hitmons, Raichu, Blastoise, Venusaur, actually all starters, Gallade (how could I leave my guy Gallade out) and even more.
She also gives you a PokeDex and 10 Pokeballs.
Now you go through Mirage forest where you can find cool ghost, grass, fairy and other pokemon. Also the path changes based on RNG. (as in Mirage)
When you get out it is route 3, where it slowly gets snowy, very snowy.
You get to Snowstone City, a city that was once in a giant hurricane, so big that it never stopped.
But it wayned and the water cooled and became snow, making a town that is always cold and snowy, even in a mostly hot area.
This is the home of the first gym, the Ice gym. Blake is the Gym leader and gives the Snowstorm badge. He is 27 and dresses a lot like Brycen from Unova. (This reigon is near Unova and both Unova and This region are based on America, this the east cost, Unova NYC)
He is the biggest fan of Brycen.
His team:
Flakeorb-Ice, Cryogonal Pre-evo
Cubchoo-Ice
Sneasel-Dark-Ice

So you beat him and get the snowstorm badge. When you exit the gym you see the red haired lady again!
She talks to you.
"... I saw you earlier... on Route 2,"
". . . hmm you look like a new trainer,"
"I have a question. . . Do you think someone so, in pain, can do anything to get cured? Even if it is Illegal?"
(you say something on the lines of no, you have to abide by law)
"... that is what I thought you'd say... I am Pheonix. and you are wrong!" yelled Pheonix.
A battle starts.
Her Team:
Pignite-Fire
Houndour-Dark-Fire
Scyther-Bug-Flying

She is a really strong trainer for this point in the game, but you beat her.
She vanishes in smoke.

You go to route 4 on the way to the 2nd gym.
And you see two Team Cyber Pawn's attacking Robin.
You confront them and they say that she has something they want.
It is a Healing Charm her grandma gave her before she left.
You have a partner battle with Robin against the 2 Pawns.
Her team:
Starter Weak to yours-Fire,Water,or Grass
Chansey-Normal

Pawn1-2 Teams:
Elgyem-Psychic

So you beat them and they run.

"(player)! Thank you so much for getting my char- no... no...! They took it when we weren't looking!"
"What is that Team Cyber going to use the Charm for?"
"(player) This wasn't a regular charm, it actually can rapidally heal a Pokemon! My Mother came up with design before she- nevermind, but my grandma and papa finished making it and gave it to me,"
"If it is used in the wrong way, it can have a lot of energy extracted,"

You and Robin part, and you make it to the not snowy, desert town. Wheelburrow.
There is a ground gym lead by Sherrif Winston. He gives you the Mesa Badge.

That is the end of Part 1 of the main story (it is really long)

Team beastial

Motive: They view the advancement of technology and humanity as harmful to the existance of pokemon and wish for humanity to embrace nature to live together with pokemon as true brother in arms. Above all they view pokemon professors to be the biggest hinderance to there goal, as well as greatest asset. They intend to use them to spread their anti-tech message, wether they cooperate or not
Pokemon teams

They tend to use pokemon that have a "beastial" or "wild" vibe. Alot of normal types(rodents and birds) alot of the dragons(the beastialiest of the beastials)

Thats all i got, but i tried

Name: Team Power
Type Speciality: Ground, Electric, and Fire.
Goal: To make money via energy production

General background: Provides electricity to the majority of the region. Powers everyone's daily lives. Creates this energy via Pokemon.

Runs these Pokemon ragged. Treats them more or less as slaves. Forces them to work with the Ground-type Pokemon they own. Replaces the Electric- and Fire-types when they are no longer useful.

Commits a few sketchy acts here and there beyond that. Pays big money for Fire and Electric Pokemon. (Makes those types rare in this region.) Encourages a healthy Dedenne population to increase the power consumption of cities. Bullies up-and-coming energy producers out of business through intimidation, propaganda, and political means, usually.

Wields a lot of power in the region by controlling the power, no pun intended. Regularly threatens to cut off areas that do not comply. Scares leaders into compliance. Would take a huge fall for letting their community lose power.

Main Story: Tasks you with freeing all the Pokemon from Team Power. Succeeds, obviously. Creates a crisis by doing so, however, both in terms of electricity and a lot of displaced Pokemon with nowhere to go. Works something out with a Good Team behind you.

Does not take this lying down. Appeals to the Champion and Elite Four for help. Comes in to try to take you down, no holds barred. May or may not fight them, depending on the story's current spot. Might be able to convince them to join you, based on some of your choices (in an ideal world). Could also result in a double battle against two Elite Four members.

De-escalates the conflict by exposing what Team Power was doing to the Champion and Elite Four. Sees no other way for a "peaceful ending", otherwise. (Created this plot on the spur of the moment. Sees no other "realistic" exit for a Pokemon game.)

Post Game: Seeks to regain a foothold. Sabotages the new power stations in remote areas. Promises a quick, cheap fix for a problem that will likely persist for months otherwise.

Initially wrote about being tired of world domination plots. Wanted something smaller in scale. Wound up being like a domination plot, in the end. Oh well.

Team Primal; Specializes in Rock types.

They destabilize the Pokemon world's eco system by flooding it with thousands of extinct Pokemon, recovered from fossils and by breeding them. They control them to be aggressive and eventually even use them to attack towns and cities, trying to drive people out of them so that they become abandoned and habitats for their Pokemon. Their end goal is a world without governments, governed by pure chaos.

After being beaten in the main plot, they seemingly scamper. Their leader is arrested, but the rest of the team is still out and about.
In the post-game their grunts will randomly keep attacking towns on a smaller scale until you find their new hideout, where you have to battle their admins again, which now have very tough teams. You have to beat them all without leaving their newer hideout or you have to restart it.
If beaten here, two of their admins escape to start the Team over again in different regions.

Ok that would be pretty cool! I could even see that in a game with 2 evil teams, Team Beastial and some Tech related Team, conflicting evil.

That is cool too! I like how the Champion and Elite Four actually oppose you. And also I really want to do a Fire or Electric monotype run if this was a game lol.

That is cool. So they create Jurrasic World but Pokemon, thats cool. And they also try to take down the government, that is also cool.

All these teams are cool! I'm gonna finish my story so if you want to finish reading it'll be there soon! EDIT: I Don't know how to use the repsond thing, it wasn't working correctly
