DEFINITELY THE BIKE :)
It just saves the trouble of accessing the menu every single time if so wanna travel faster.
 
Bike, fishing rod, dowsing machine
those 3. Depends on what I am doing at the time
but those 3 key items I will always register ;)
 
I usually register the Berry Pots so its right there so I don't forget to water them. ^^;
