I had the English language American version of Pearl. I got rid of it though, but I will be buying the American version of Diamond later on this week.

I got the Japanese version on release date, but I haven't played that one since the release of the American version of Diamond came out. So I have the game in both Japanese and English.

Thank you, that's exactly how I feel. I love how people get the Japanese versions of Pokemon and they can't even read them. You must totally lose the story and get lost at least ten times before you are done.
