What Legendary Pokemon are unique?

The question is not "which ones are totally different than any others?" guys. He is asking which ones are one of a kind in species and which ones can possibly breed or herd in the Pokemon world.

I believe that The Legendary Dogs (Pfff... cats) were originally unique, and the ones seen in G/S/C were the originals, but because of the way that pokemon are, they breeded with other species and more came about, though it is very rare.

Arceus, because he is able to constantly change types and he starts off as a normal pokemon

I thought all of the 3rd gen legends were unique, since none of them had Pressue. :l

Anyways, I thought Darkrai and Cresselia were pretty unique too. Giratina also.

There's a topic for questions~
Real Pokemon Guru, though the original guru doesn't come around much anymore, I'm still here, happy to try to answer. And yeah, this would fit in there.
But anyways.
For trans-dimensional beings, like Dialga, Palkia and Giratina, I'd say there's only one of each. Celebi has been observed to exist as a species, as per movie 4, and the Manaphy in Temple of the Sea would seem be a descendant of other Manaphy, as it started from an egg.

I think these are the only ones that are unique (as in only one of each):

Mewtwo
Arceus
Dialga
Palkia
Giratina
The Lake Trio
Celebi
Ho-oh
Jirachi

I think a lot of them are just super, super rare. Like the legendary birds/dogs/lati's/mew etc.
Though, most of the 4th gen legendaries feel pretty unique to me (except for Shaymin) what with their godliness n all.
The regi's seem unique too. I like to think there's more than one darkrai out there, but that'd mean more cresselia too D8.
