    Should I evolve my Growlithe? After he learns Flamethrower at 49? or Before?
     
    Hmm, if you don't want to waste a TM then after flamethrower. But, if you want more good moves, then keep him unleveled.
     
    keep him unleveled. the only other good move learned by Arcanine is extremespeed and that doesn't compare to flamethrower. but, it's your call.
     
    This kinda falls under something that could be asked in the team help thread, so take it there. But since I'm here anyway, I recommend evolving after you learn it, unless you don't think you'll use TM35 for anyone else.
