The first time around it was my Simisear, oddly enough. Post game it was my Mismagius that swept everything.
Second time around it was my Archeops,. Third, and usually all of them now, it's my Jellicent.

White: Emboar, Zebstrika, Simisage, Unfezant, Stoutland, Gigalith (and Zekrom against N and Ghetsis
Black: Samurott, Zebstrika, Simisear, Unfezant, Stoutland, Sawk (and Reshiram against N and Ghetsis)

Both extremely similar, I know. :P
For Black, I had already gotten extremely far on White so it wasn't very hard.

The first team I used to beat the Elite 4 + N & Ghetsis consisted of Krookodile, Mienshao, Stoutland, Samurott, Sigilyph and Lilligant.

Krookodile pretty much took care of most of the E4 with Mienshao coming in occasionally to OHKO with Hi Jump Kick. Sigilyph solo'd the fighting type specialist. The rest of team served as distractions for revives and potions xP

The battle with Ghetsis was epic. My Stoutland the hero at the end of the day. The Stoutland was the first Pokémon I caught. He fought like a boss throughout my entire journey and never let up, not even to Ghetsis' Hydreigon. When the rest of my party were down Stoutland dropped a Toxic on the Hydreigon and we managed to outstall Ghetsis with my Hyper Potions. Stoutland was my only Pokémon who could take more than one hit from that Hydreigon.

My Chandelure cleaned house in the E4 through my first run and it was a great feeling to have such a powerful Pokemon. It helped that I was just a bit overleveled, so that didn't hurt anything, either ;)
